Visitation is open during the evenings and weekends now. All visits still need to be SCHEDULED with the Office Monday – Friday 8-5 pm.

We would prefer all guests to be vaccinated upon entering; otherwise, outside visits would be preferred.

Please refrain from visiting and reschedule the visit, if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms including a temperature, have been put on quarantine for any reason, been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or traveled to a highly affected geographical area.

Persons of all ages are permitted to the enter the facility following the guidelines provided.

We now have a SELF SCREENING STATION set up upon in the front lobby of the facility. All guests are required to wear their masks, sanitize their hands, take their own temperature and log the results on the form provided prior to entering.

There will be no front office staff on the evenings and weekends. We appreciate everyone following the rules. Failure to comply with the visitation rules may result in suspension of future visits. Our camera will be doing its job!

Thank you very much for your patience during this pandemic.
